Prak Kan was allowed to serve for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Kampong Siem, Prey Chhor and Tbong Khmum region in Kampong Cham province. He was responsible for communicating with Khmer Rouge in order to convince them to join the government.
ឈ្មោះ ប្រាក់ កន ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ក្រសួង យោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅក្នុងតំបន់កំពអ់សៀម, ព្រៃឈរ, ត្បូងឃ្មុំ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែរក្រហមឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល វិញ។
