Thor Sokh was permitted to serve for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Rolech region region, Bakan district, Pursat province. He was responsible for having contact with Khmer liberation and Khmer Rouge in order to convince them to join the government.
ឈ្មោះ ថ សុខ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ក្រសួង យោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅក្នុងតំបន់រលិច ស្រុកបាកាន ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហមឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល វិញ។
