Mao Sovann was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Kratie region, Kratie district, Kratie province. He was in charge of having contact with Khmer Rouge and Khmer liberation in order to persuade them to join goverment.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ សូវ៉ាន់ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅក្នុងតំបន់ក្រចេះ ស្រុកក្រចេះ ខេត្ដ ក្រចេះ ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ និងខ្មែរក្រហមឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយ រដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
