Cheam Dom was permitted to serve for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in region 22, Tbong Khmum district, Kampong Cham province. He was responsible for having contact with Khmer Rouge so as to convince them to join the goverment.
ឈ្មោះ ជាម ដុំ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ក្រសួង យោធពលខេមជាតិនៅក្នុងតំបន់២២ ស្រុកត្បូងឃ្មុំ ខេត្ដ កំពង់ចាម ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែរក្រហមឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
