Koam Seam was allowed to serve for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Koh Seh region, Kep district, Kampot province. He was responsible for having contact with Khmer Rouge in order to persuade them to return to the government.
ឈ្មោះ គាំ ស៊ាម ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅតំបន់កោះសេះ ស្រុកកែប ខេត្ដកំពត ដើម្បីទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែរក្រហម ឱ្យមកចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
