Chao Seng was permitted to work for the sake of the Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Koh Tauch region, Kampot district, Kampot province. He was responsible for communicating with Khmer liberation in order to persuade them to return to the government.
ឈ្មោះ ចៅ សេង ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅតំបន់កោះតូច ស្រុកកំពត ខេត្ដកំពត ដើម្បីទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែររំដោះ ឱ្យមកចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
