Sok Chey was a food supplier and military strategy teacher in battalion 404 (female army). The battalion was composed of 300 soldiers, and its headquarter was located in the east of village Rumduol, at Stung Au Trann bank. Enemies intended to capture Phnom Penh though it took long time or short time. Food and weapons were hidden in pagoda, under eating hal in Kandal Stung district, Kandal province. The army's mind were weak because their living was miserable, such as, lack of food, malaria, and working by force.
សុខ ជៃ មានតួនាទីជាអ្នកផ្ដល់ស្បៀង និងបង្ហាត់វិជ្ជាយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រក្នុង កងវរសេនាតូច៤០៤ ទ័ពនារី។ កងនេះស្ថិតនៅក្រោមបញ្ជាការ ជនជាតិយួនម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ឡាំង ស៊ីង មានកងទ័ពចំនួន៣០០នាក់ ដែលតាំងទីបញ្ជាការនៅខាងកើតភូមិរំដួល ត្រង់មាត់ស្ទឹងអូរត្រន់។ ពួកខ្មាំងមានបំណងប្រុងវាយយកក្រុងភ្នំពេញឱ្យទាល់តែបាន ទោះជា យូរឬឆាប់ក្ដី។ ចំពោះស្បៀងអាហារ និងអាវុធគ្រាប់រំសេវ ពួកវាបាន លាក់ទុកនៅក្នុងវត្ដ ក្រោមសាលាឆាន់ ក្នុងស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដ កណ្ដាល ។ ទឹកចិត្ដកងទ័ពខ្មាំងបានធ្លាក់ចុះខ្លាំងណាស់ ពីព្រោះការ រស់នៅក្នុងព្រៃមានការលំបាកវេទនាគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាង គឺខ្វះស្បៀងអាហារ កើតជម្ងឺគ្រុនចាញ់ និងធ្វើការអ្វីៗដោយការបង្ខិតបង្ខំ។
