An Agent reported that on February 21, 1972, at 5:00pm about 5,000 Yuon Viet Cong armed forces had departed from Kampong Chhnang province, crossing from Amleang to Oudong in West of Damdak Smach at VU 620-010, sangkat Veal Pong. At the time, the enemy was sending more troops.
ភ្នាក់ងារបានផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មាន ថាកាលពីថ្ងៃ ២១ កុម្ភះ ១៩៧២ ម៉ោង ៥ៈ០០ល្ងាច មានពួកយួនយៀកកុងចំនួន៥,០០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធ គ្រប់ដៃចេញដំណើរពីខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង កាត់តាមកម្លាំងមកឧដុង្គ ដល់ខាង លិចដំនាក់ស្មាច់ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៦២០-០១០ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ វាលពុង ហើយឥឡូវខ្មាំងបានបញ្ជូនគ្នាមកថែមទៀតជាច្រើននាក់។
