A monk, Bao Chhean was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Lvea region, Mongkol Borei district, Battambang province. He was in charge of having contact with Khmer liberation in order to convince them to join the government.
ភិក្ខុ )េ៉ៅ ឈាន ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅក្នុងតំបន់ល្វា ស្រុកមង្គលបុរី ខេត្ដបាត់ ដំបង ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
