Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Phatt Chham was a disabled soldiers in the disable soldier office 314 in region 32, Southwest zone. In 1971, he served military in region 15 in battalion 114 and then he was sent to study military tactics and politics in Stok Stat village, pointed VT545-944. After his studies, he was sent to battalion 680 and he was later seriously injured at the battle field of Khmuonh. In this region, the Khmer communist arranged 10 units of military operation. They indoctrinated combatants to enhance their political stand in order to claim back freedom, equity of social class and to oppose the traitorious and corruptive government which sold the land to the American imperialist. Due to the fact that he was disabled and away from his unit for a long time, he did not know about activities of the enemies.
ផាត់ ឆាំ ជាយុទ្ធជនពិការនៅមន្ទីរយុទ្ធជនពិការលេខ ៣១៤ ប្រចាំ តំបន់ ៣២ ភូមិភាគនិរតី។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ជននេះបានចូល បម្រើកង ទ័ពតំបន់ ១៥ ក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច ១១៤ ហើយបន្ទាប់មកត្រូវ អង្គការបញ្ជូន ទៅរៀនក្បួនយោធា និងនយោបាយនៅ ភូមិស្ដុក ស្ដាតត្រង់វីតេ ៥៤៥-៩៤៤។ ក្រោយពីរៀនចប់ជននេះត្រូវបានអង្គការបញ្ជូនឱ្យទៅនៅ កងវរសេនាតូច ៦៨០ ហើយបន្ទាប់មក ក៍ត្រូវរបួសជាទម្ងន់នៅសមរភូមិ ខ្មួញ។ នៅក្នុងតំបន់នេះពួកខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានរៀបចំអង្គភាពសម្រាប់ធ្វើ ប្រត្ដិការណ៍ចំនួន ១០កងវរសេនាតូច។ ពួកវាបានបំផុសឱ្យយុទ្ធជនពង្រឹង គោលនយោបាយ ដើម្បីធ្វើការទាមទារសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពនិងវណ្ណៈស្មើភាព គ្នាព្រមទាំងប្រឆាំង និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលពុករលួយក្បត់ជាតិ លក់ដីឱ្យចក្រពត្ដិ អាមេរិក។ ដោយហេតុថាពិការផងនិងចេញពីអង្គភាពយូរមកហើយផងនោះ សាម៉ីជននេះពូអាចដឹងពីចលនាកងទ័ពរបស់ខ្មាំងឡើយ។
