In this letter certified that, Mony Chot was permitted to work for the sake of Ministry of National Armed Forces in order to contact with Khmer people who were working for enemy in enemy occupied region.
ក្នុងលិខិតនេះបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យឈ្មោះ មនី ជោតិ ឱ្យធ្វើការជា ប្រយោជន៍របស់ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ ជាមួយខ្មែរដែលធ្វើការឱ្យខ្មាំងនៅតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់។
