This battalion had a mission to launch on offensive operation at Preh Vihear which had Mith Mei (Laotian) as political commander, Mith Ni Min (Phnong) was deputy commander, and Hoeung (Phnong) was economic chief. This battalion belong to regiment 322 which had was Mour, Phnong, Khmer from Chhek Vien, as commander, and Mam, aka Yin as economic chief. There are 300 troops who came from Kampong Thom and Preh Vihear (Phnong and Laotian) in battalion 130. This battalion has light and heavy guns about 30 only. And the army had one month to trained only. Military tragedy is to encourage the soldiers to use grenade-trap. As a result, they completely trust encouragement.
កងវរសេនាតូចនេះមានបេសកម្មធ្វើប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹកនៅតំបន់ព្រះវិហារ មានមេបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះមិត្ដ មី ប្រធាននយោបាយ «លាវ» មេបញ្ជា ការរងមិត្ដ និ មិន «ភ្នង» និងឈ្មោះ ហឿង ជាប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច«ភ្នង»។ កងវរសនាតូចស្ថិតនៅក្នុងកងវរសេនាធំ៣២២ មានមេបញ្ជា ការឈ្មោះ មួរ «ភ្នង» ជាខ្មែរមកពីឆេកវៀន និង មន ហៅយិន ជា ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច «ភ្នង»។ ចំពោះកម្លាំងទ័ពនៅកងវរសេនាតូច១៣០ វិញមានជាង៣០០នាក់ ដែលជ្រើសរើសអ្នកស្រុកមកពីខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ និងព្រះវិហារជាជនជាតិភ្នងនិងលាវ។ វរសេនាតូចនេះមានអាវុធធុនធំ និងតូចប្រហែលជា៣០ដើមប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ ពោលទាហានមានការហ្វឹកហាត់ តែមួយខែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ ល្បិចប្រយុទ្ធរបស់ទ័ពនិយាយលើកទឹកចិត្ដដាក់ អន្ទាក់ដោយគ្រាប់បែក ឯទឹកចិត្ដរបស់ពួកគេជឿលើការឃោសនា ទាំងស្រុង។
