Seng Hieng got married in 1972. His wife called Keo Thoeun. He has 5 children. All of his children were born after the Khmer Rouge regime. His mother called Suo Port. She was 76 years old when Khmer Rouge sent her to kill. His father called Seng Try. His father used to be improsoned, but was relief later on. He has two siblings. In the Khmer Rouge regime, he was lacking of food, medical care, and shelter. He used to be imprisoned. He used to be brainwashed. He was close to death. He was separated from his family members. He was lost. He was in a situation where his life was in great danger. Recently, he as recurrent thoughts of the most hurful events. He feels as though the event is happening again. He finds it is difficult in concentrating. He has trouble sleeping. He feels on guard. He is avoiding activites that remind her of the traumatic events. He is sudden emotional. She finds out by other people that he has done something that he cannot remember.
សេង ហៀងរៀបការនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២។ ប្រពន្ធរបស់គាត់ឈ្មោះ កែវ ធឿន។ គាត់មានកូន៥នាក់។ កូនរបស់គាត់ទាំងអស់កើតក្រោយរបបខែ្មរក្រហម។ ម្ដាយរបស់គាត់ឈ្មោះសួ ពត។ នៅអាយុ៧៦ឆ្នាំខែ្មរក្រហមចាប់ម្ដាយរបស់គាត់ទៅសម្លាប់។ ឪពុករបស់គាត់ឈ្មោះសេង ទ្រី។ សេង ទ្រីធ្លាប់ជាប់គុកតែក្រោយមកខែ្មរក្រហមដោះលែងវិញ។ សេង ហៀងមានបងប្អូនពីរនាក់។ នៅសម័យខែ្មរក្រហម គាត់ខ្វះខាតម្ហូបអាហារ ថ្នាំពេទ្យ និងជម្រកស្នាក់នៅ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ជាប់ឃុំឃាំង។ គាត់ត្រូវគេអប់រំផ្លាស់ប្ដូរគំនិត។ គាត់ជិតតែនឹងត្រូវស្លាប់ខ្លួន។ គាត់ត្រូវខែ្មរក្រហមបំបែកចេញពីសមាជិកគ្រួសារដោយបង្ខំ។ គាត់ត្រូវវងេ្វង។ គាត់ជួបស្ហានការណ៍ដែលគួរឱ្យរន្ធត់ដែលធើ្វឱ្យជីវិតគាត់ជួបនូវគ្រោះថ្នាក់។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន គាត់ចេះតែធើ្វឱ្យនឹកឃើញជារឿយៗទៅដល់ហេតុការណ៍ដ៏ឈឺចាប់បំផុតរបស់គាត់។ គាត់គិតថាហាក់ដូចជាហេតុការណ៍ទាំងនោះនៅតែកំពង់កើតមានឡើងជាថ្មីម្ដងទៀត។ គាត់ពិបាកប្រមូលអារម្មណ៍។ គាត់ពិបាកទទួលទានដំណេក។ គាត់ចេះតែធើ្វឱ្យមានអារម្មណ៍ប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជានិច្ច។ គាត់ចេង់ជៀសវាងនូវសកម្មភាពណាដែលធើ្វឱ្យគាត់នឹកដល់ហេតុការណ៍ក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដ។ គាត់ស្រាប់តែមានប្រតិកម្មនៅក្នុងខ្លួនពេលនឹកឃើញដល់ហេតុការណ៍គួរឱ្យឈឺចាប់។ គាត់បានដឹងពីអ្នកដទៃថាគាត់បានធើ្វអី្វមួយប៉ុនែ្ដគាត់នឹកពុំឃើញសោះ។
