Chhom Chheuy was allowed to serve for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Lvea region, Mongkol Borei district, Battambang province. He was responsible for having contact with Khmer liberation in order to persuade them to join government.
ឈ្មោះ ឈុំ ឆឺយ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅក្នុងតំបន់ល្វា ស្រុកមង្គលបុរី ខេត្ដបាត់ ដំបង ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
