Phuong Phim was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Cheng Meanchey region, Banan district, Battambang province. He was in charge of having contact with Khmer liberation in order to convince them to join the government.
ឈ្មោះ ភួង ភឹម ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅក្នុងតំបន់ចែងមានជ័យ ស្រុកបាណន់ ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង ដើម្បីទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ ឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល វិញ។
