Meas Chhan was allowed to work for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forced. He was responsible for contacting with Khmer people who were working for enemy in enemy occupied region.
ឈ្មោះ មាស ឆាន់ ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ឱ្យក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ ដើម្បីទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែរដែលធ្វើការឱ្យពួកខ្មាំងនៅក្នុងតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់។
