Nhoung Sophal was permitted to serve for the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces in Banan region, Battambang province. He was responsible for having contact with Khmer liberation in order to persuade them to join the government.
ឈ្មោះ ញូង សុផល ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ នៅក្នុងតំបន់បាណន់ ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង ដើម្បី ទាក់ទងខ្មែររំដោះ ឱ្យចូលរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។
