Tep Pha was permitted to work for the sake of Ministry of national Khmer armed forces in Veal Ev and Boeng Khmao region in Prek Norin sub-district, Battambang district, Battambang province. He was in charge of contacting with Khmer people who were working for enemy in the enemy occupied region.
ឈ្មោះ ទេព ផា ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍របស់ ក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិនៅក្នុងតំបន់វាលឯវ និងបឹងខ្មៅ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ ព្រែកនរិន្ទ ស្រុកបាត់ដំបង ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង ដើម្បីធ្វើការទាក់ទងជាមួយ ខ្មែរដែលធ្វើការឱ្យខ្មាំងនៅតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់។
