Duch Chhoeum was permitted to work the sake of Ministry of National Khmer Armed Forces. He was in charge of having contact with Khmer people who were working for enemy in enemy occupied region.
ឈ្មោះ ឌុច ឈឿម ត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើការជាប្រយោជន៍ឱ្យក្រសួងយោធពលខេមជាតិ ដើម្បីទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្មែរដែលធ្វើការឱ្យពួកខ្មាំងនៅក្នុងតំបន់ខ្មាំងកាន់កាប់។
