In this letter, Phang Suon informed that, he was appointed to be a chief of Chrey Loas village by the enemies. According to this information, he wanted our civil-administration to help settling and also recognize him so as to prevent about accusation from civi-administration. If our civil-administration did not settle about that he will run out from his home, because he was forced by enemies.
នៅក្នុងលិខិតនេះសាម៉ីជនបានផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានថា ខ្មាំងបំរុងតែងតាំងឱ្យ ធ្វើជាកម្មាភិបាលប្រចាំភូមិ។ អាស្រ័យដូចនេះសូមរដ្ឋការជួយដោះ ស្រាយទទួលស្គាល់ផង ដើម្បីជៀសវាងពីការចោទប្រកាន់អំពីអង្គការ រដ្ឋតទៅ។ បើពុំដូចនេះទេយើងខ្ញុំនឹងរត់ចោលទីលំនៅដើម្បីមកប្រកប មុខរបរនៅភ្នំពេញវិញ ពីព្រោះត្រូវពួកខ្មាំងវាបង្ខំ។
