Ngvieng Yangsa, a vietnamese soldier, was born in Chipoch village, Mesang district, Prey Veng province. He was a national armed force's informer. He reported on cow smugglers took take a lot of cows to Vietnam country as well as Vietnameses people who had been entering in Cambodia country.
ង្វៀង យុាំងសា ជាជនជាតិយួន កើតនៅជីផុច ស្រុកមេសាង ខេត្ដ ព្រៃវែង។ ជននេះគឺ ជាអ្នកផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានអំពីឈ្មួញរត់ពន្ធគោយកទៅឱ្យរដ្ឋការយួនព្រមទាំងផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានអំពីជនជាតិយួន ដែលបានចូលមក ប្រទេសខ្មែរ។
