Som Von is PTSD victim. He got married to Cham Yieng in 1968. He has 5 children. He has 6 siblings. His father called Som Bin. Som Bin was sent to kill. His mother called Tim Sao used to be in prison 204. In the Khmer Rouge regime, he was lacking of food, water, medical care, and shelter. He got serious injury. He was in combat situation. He was brainwashed. He was close to death. He was forced to separate from his family members. He was lost. He was tortured. He was in a situation where his life was in danger. He has suffocated since the Khmer Rouge regime until now. He lost consciousness once. Recently, he has recurrent thoughts of the most hurtful events. He feels as though the event is happening again. He has recurrent nighmares. He is unable to feel emotions. He finds it is difficult to concentrate. He has trouble sleeping. He feels on guard. He feel irritable. He is avoiding activities that remind him of the traumatic events. He feels as if he does not have a future. He is avoiding thoughts associated with the traumatic experience. He is sudden emotional. He feels that people do not understand clearly what happened to him. He has difficulty in performing his daily tasks. He feels hopelessness. He feels ashamed of the hurtful events. He find out by other people that he has done something that he cannot remember. He feels someone he trusted betrayed him.
សោម វុនមានជំងឺបាក់ស្បាត។ គាត់រៀបការជាមយយចាប យៀងនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨។ គាត់មានកូន៥នាក់។ គាត់មានបងប្អូន៦នាក់។ ឪពុកគាត់ឈ្មោះសោម ប៊្គន។ សោម ប៊្គនត្រូវគេយកទៅសម្លាប់។ ម្ដាយឈ្មោះទឹមសៅធ្លាប់ជាប់គុក២០៤។ នៅសម័យខែ្មរក្រហម គាត់ខ្វះខាតម្ហូបអាហារ ទឹក ថ្នាំពេទ្យ និងជម្រកស្នាក់នៅ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់រងរបួសធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ប្រយុទ្ធតស៊ូនៅក្នុងសមរភូមិ។ គាត់ត្រូវគេណែនាំអោយផ្លាស់ប្ដូរគំនិត។ គាត់ជិតតែនឹងត្រូវស្លាប់ខ្លួន។ គាត់ត្រូវខែ្មរក្រហមបំបែកចេញពីសមាជិកគ្រួសារដោយបង្ខំ។ គាត់ត្រូវវងេ្វង។ គាត់ធ្លាប់គេវាយធើ្វទារុណកម្ម។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ជយបស្ធានការណ៍ដែលជីវិតគាត់ជួបនូវគ្រោះថ្នាក់។ គាត់មានអការៈថប់ដង្ហើមពីប៉ុល ពតមកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន។ គាត់ធ្លាប់សន្លប់បាត់បង់ស្មារតីម្ដង។ បច្ចុប្បន្នគាត់ចេះតែធើ្វឱ្យនឹកឃើញជារឿយៗដល់ហេតុការណ៍ដ៏ឈឺចាប់របស់គាត់។ គាត់គិតថាដូចជាហេតុការណ៍ទាំងនោះកំពុងតែកើតមានឡើងជាថ្មីម្ដងទៀត។ គាត់យល់សប្ដិអាក្រក់ជារឿយៗ។ គាត់ពុអាចនឹងមានអារម្មណ៍អី្វសោះ។ គាត់ពិបាកប្រមូលអារម្មណ៍គិតទៅលើអ្វីមួយ។ គាត់ពិបាកក្នុងការទទួលទានដំណេក។ គាត់ចេះតែធើ្វអោយគាត់ប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នខ្លួនជាប់ជានិច្ច។ គាត់ឆាប់ខឹង។ គាត់ចង់ជៀសវាងនូវសកម្មភាពណាដែលធើ្វឱ្យគាត់នឹកដល់ហេតុការណ៍ក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដរបស់គាត់។ គាត់គិតថាគាត់ហាក់ដូចគ្មានថៃ្ងអនាគតទៅមុខ។ គាត់ចង់ជៀសវាងមិនឱ្យគិតអំពីហេតុការណ៍ដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដរបស់គាត់។ គាត់ស្រាប់តែមានប្រតិកម្មក្នុងចិត្ដពេលនឹកឃើញដល់ហេតុការណ៍គួរឱ្យឈឺចាប់បំផុតរបស់គាត់។ គាត់គិតថាអ្នកឯទៀតយល់ដឹងពុំច្បាស់លាស់អំពីរឿងរ៉ាវដែលកើតមានចំពោះគាត់។ គាត់មានការលំបាកនៅក្នុងការបំពេញមុខងារផេ្សងៗ។ គាត់អស់សង្ឃឹម។ គាត់គិតថាគួរអោយអៀនខ្មាសអំពីហេតុការណ៍ដ៏ឈឺចាប់ដែលកើតមានចំពោះគាត់។ គាត់បានដឹងរឺបានធើ្វអ្វីមួយដែលគាត់នឹកពុំឃើញសោះ។ គាត់គិតថានរណាម្នាក់ដែលគាត់ទុកចិត្ដបែរជាក្បត់ចិត្ដនឹងគាត់ទៅវិញ។
