The report on the defection of Khmer communists from March 13-15, 1974. Sbaong Kimsan, Long Saut and Sao Hoeun who was a KR soldier, were a persuading team. Sbaong Kimsan aka Sbaong Kimsiem left from Phnom Penh to Kampong Speu with permission of field marshal, Lon Nol. The persuading team had collected about 250-300 refugees from Ang Snoul, Trapaing Kraloeung and Ang Serey village to learn and taught them how to sing Khmer Rouge songs.
ករណីនៃការចុះចូលរបស់ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃ១៣ ដល់២៥ ខែមិនា ១៩៧៤។ មានក្រុមបញ្ជុះបញ្ចូលមួយក្រុម ដោយមានឈ្មោះ ស្បោង គឹមសាន ឡុង សាអ៊ុត និង សៅ ហឿន ជាខ្មែរក្រហមក្នុងព្រៃធ្វើជាមួយផងដែរ។ ស្បោង គឹមសាន ហៅ ស្បោង គឹមសៀ មកពីភ្នំពេញ មានលិខិតអនុញ្ញាតិអំពី លោកសេនាប្រមុខមកកំពុងស្ពឺ។ ក្រុមបញ្ជុះបញ្ចូលបានប្រមូលជន ភៀសខ្លួនពីអង្គស្នួល ត្រពាំងក្រឡឹង អ្នកស្រុកអង្គសេរីចំនួន២៥០ ទៅ៣០០នាក់ ហើយបង្រៀនឱ្យចេះច្រៀងចម្រៀងខ្មែរក្រហម។
