The case of Khmer Communists surrended from 23 to 25 March 1974 at Ang Snoul, Trapaing Kraloeng. There were 250 to 300 people from Angkar Serey district at Tuol Kok pretend to be a liberated to surrender. They pretend to surrender in order to teach Communist language. In 1974, Kem San took 250 to 350 fake defectors to the military- mobilizing and surrender centre at Kbal Thnol, Phnom Penh.
ករណីនៃការចុះចូលនៃខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ដល់២៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ពីអង្គស្នួលត្រពាំងក្រឡឹង អ្នកស្រុកអង្គសេរីនៅទួលគោក ចំនួនពី២៥០ ទៅ៣០០នាក់បន្លំធ្វើជាក្រុមរំដោះចុះចូល។ ការបង្ហាត់ បង្រៀនជនទាំងនោះឱ្យចេះច្រៀង ចេះនិយាយភាសាបែបកុម្មុនិស្ដ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ គិម សាន បានដឹកជញ្ជូនជនក្លែងក្លាយ២៥០ ទៅ៣៥០នាក់ យកទៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជ្រើសរើសទាហាន និងបង្រួប បង្រួមនៅក្បាលថ្នល់ភ្នំពេញ។
