The surrender of defector, Lay Seng Heang, who served Khmer Communist as a solder of group 1, platoon 301, region 31 in southwest zone. He defected to society at sub military, Kampong Chhnang on April 19, 1974.
ការប្រគល់ខ្លួនខ្មែរភ្ញាក់រលឹកឈ្មោះ ឡាយ សេងហ៊ាង ដែលធ្លាប់ បម្រើខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដក្នុងឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជនក្នុងក្រុមទី១ កងអនុសេនាតូច លេខ៣០១ តំបន់៣១ ភូមិភាគនិរតី។ ឈ្មោះនេះបានចូលរួបរួម សង្គមជាតិនៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ មេសា ១៩៧៤ ជាមួយផ្នែកសឹករង់ កំពង់ឆ្នាំង។
