កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Psychological education team in military zone 3 launched its operation in some areas for one and a half month, and convinced 12 defectors. These 12 people had learned ideology at North Youn. Among these 12 people, 8 came from Battambang, 2 came from Pailin, 1 came from Kandal and the other one came from Pursat.
អស់រយៈពេលមួយខែកន្លះ ក្រុមអប់រំចិត្ដសាស្ដ្រប្រចាំយោធា ភូមិភាគទី៣ បានទៅប្រតិបត្ដិការណ៍ក្នុងតំបន់នានា ដោយបានអប់រំជនភ្ញាក់ស្មារតី ឱ្យចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញចំនួន១២នាក់។ ជនទាំង១២នាក់នោះ បានចាញ់មនោគមន៍វិជ្ជាយួនខាងជើង។ ក្នុងចំណោមជនទាំង១២នោះ គឺ៨នាក់មកពីខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង ២នាក់មកពីខេត្ដប៉ៃលិន ១នាក់មកពីខេត្ដកណ្ដាល និង១នាក់មកពី ខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់។
