Tem Phal was a Khmer Surrender. He served revolution in liberated Angkar in 1970 After the event of 18 March 1970, in battalion 126, region 13 and he was under Chiem's order. Tem Phal informed about regiment 126, which was stationed at Prey Tatoeng, had 250 soldiers with various weapons. These weapons were sent from Angkar of Ang Snuol district, Kandal province.
ឈ្មោះ តែម ផល់ ជាខ្មែរចុះចូល។ ឈ្មោះនេះបានចូលបម្រើបដិវត្ដន៍ ក្នុងអង្គការរំដោះឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ក្រោយព្រឹត្ដិការណ៍១៨ មិនា នៅក្នុង កងវរៈលេខ១២៦ តំបន់១៣ ក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ ចៀម។ តែម ផល បានផ្ដល់ពត៌មានឱ្យដឹងពីកងវរលេខ ១២៦ ដែលមានទីតាំង ភូមិព្រៃទទឹង ដោយមានចំនួន២៥០នាក់ ព្រមទាំងជាមួយអាវុធ គ្រប់ធុន ដែលកងវរៈប្រើប្រាស់ដែលបានពីអង្គការនៅស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ផ្ដល់ឱ្យ។
