In this meeting, Khmer Communist raised up 5 principles in agenda: 1. Reported about internal and external situation of enemy and working activity of party, 2. Standard living of soldier, supplies problem, 3. Plantation problem, 4. Advance destination. In this meeting, there were 12 people reported to Bang 89.
នៅក្នុងការប្រជុំនេះពួកវាមានលើករបៀបវារៈ៥គ៉ឺៈ ១. រាយការណ៍ពីសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំងខាងក្រៅ និងខាងក្នុង។ ដោយព្រមទាំងសកម្មភាពការងារបក្ស។ ២. ជីវភាពរបស់យុទ្ធជន, ៣. បញ្ហាភ័ស្ដុភា ៤. បញ្ហានៃការបង្កបង្កើនផល។ ៥. ទិសដៅនៃដំណើរការទៅមុខ ក្នុងការប្រជុំនេះគឺមាន១២សមមិត្ដ ដែលបានរាយការណ៍ជូនទៅបង៨៩។
