Sin Noeun, female, is 40 years old. She is younger sister of Thoeun alias Than that disappeared. Thoeun was born in Trapeang Beng village, Baray sub-district, Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province. Thoeun had a father who was Thun and a mother who was Ches. There were 4 siblings. After that he was recruited by Angkar to work as a soldier in Prey Chhor district. Maybe working there for 1 year, it was seen to send mosquito net and blanket to his home but after that he disappeared forever. Heng during Khmer Rouge regime, Angkar appointed her to work in mobile work brigade to build dike, to build canal, to carry soil. She was not provided adequate rest and food. She saw that Angkar killed people in the whole of family. When killing, they were tied their hands behind their backs and hit by stick of bamboo to their heads. In 1979, when there were armies into Cambodia so they ran to their homeland and survived until nowadays. Heng was very happy when knowing that there was a court to punishing Khmer Rouge leaders because the court can find the justice for victims.
ស៊ិន នឿន ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៤០ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវជាប្អូនស្រីរបស់ឈ្មោះ ធឿន ហៅ ថាន ដែលបានបាត់ខ្លួន។ ធឿន មានស្រុកកំណើត នៅភូមិត្រពាំងបេង ឃុំបារាយណ៍ ស្រុកពៃ្រឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ធឿន មានឪពុកឈ្មោះ ថុន ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ ចេស មានបងប្អូន៤នាក់។ ក្រោយមក ទៀតត្រូវបានអង្គការជ្រើសរើស ចូលជាយោធាស្រុកពៃ្រឈរ បានប្រហែលជាមួយឆ្នាំឃើញផ្ញើ មុងនិងភួយមកដល់ផ្ទះ តែក្រោយមកទៀតបាត់ដំណឹងរហូត។ ហេង ជំនាន់ ខែ្មរក្រហម អង្គការចាត់តាំងឱ្យចូលកងចល័ត លើកទំនប់ ប្រឡាយ រែកដី គ្មានពេលសម្រាក ហើយការហូបចុក មិនគ្រប់គ្រាន់ និងធ្លាប់ឃើញសម្លាប់មនុស្សមួយគ្រួសារពេល សម្លាប់ដទៃៅក្រោយនិងយកដំបងឫស្សីវាយចំក្បាល។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ ពេលមានវត្ដមានកងទ័ពចូលមកដល់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ទើបនាំគ្នារត់មក រកស្រុកកំណើតបានរស់រានមានជីវិតមកដល់សព្វ ថៃ្ងនេះ។ ហេង សប្បាយចិត្ដពេលដឹងថា មានតុលាការ កាត់ទោសមេ ដឹងខែ្មរក្រហម ព្រោះតុលាការអាចជួយរកយុត្ដិធម៌ ជូនជនរងគ្រោះ។
