Mao Roeum was a defector. Before he defected, he was a unit soldier in region 4, which had 300 men. Vong was a commander and Kea was a deputy chief of region 4, which located in Osra Kar, Daun Try sub-district, Mong Reussey district. This document told more about ammunition, training, and other equipment.
