Matt Ko Sem was a refugee who came from liberation area, Chamkar Leu district, Kampong Cham. Mat Ko Sem said that at communist party, they forced people to work too hard and products were considered public. Right or freedom was banned; religions were left out; months were made to work hard and considered unimportant.
ម៉ាត់ គោ សែម ជាជនភៀសខ្លួនមកពីតំបន់រំដោះនៅស្រុកចំការលើ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ នៅតំបន់រំដោះរបស់ពួកបក្សកុម្មុនីស្ដ ម៉ាត់ គោសែម បញ្ជាក់ថា ពួកវាឱ្យប្រជាជនធ្វើការធ្ងន់ធ្ងរណាស់ ហើយបានសមិទ្ធិផល មកដាក់រួម បំបិទសិទ្ធសេរីភាពសាសនា បង្ខំឱ្យព្រះសង្ឃធ្វើការជាទម្ងន់ ដោយចាត់ទុកលោកសង្ឃជាមនុស្សឥតប្រយោជន៍។
