Report on the meeting of Secretary and under Secretary of division and regiment of cadres of Pol Pot (Bang 89) on enemy's situation insidend outside, duty, education, composition of Angkar, military assignment, food, growing, and dry season rice. This meeting were held on March 1, 1977, which presided by Pol Pot.
កំណត់ហេតុនៃការប្រជុំលេខា អនុលេខាកងពល និងវរសេនាធំ នៃកម្មាភិបាលរបស់ ប៉ុល ពត (បង ៨៩) សី្ដពីសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំង ខាងក្រៅនិងក្នុង និងការបំពេញភារកិច្ចគ្រប់ផ្នែក ការអប់រំនិងសំរិត សំរាំងស្ថានភាពនៅក្នុងអង្គការ, បញ្ហាចាត់តាំងយោធា, បញ្ហាស្បៀង និងការស៊ីចុករបស់កងទ័ព បញ្ហាបង្កបង្កើនផលធ្វើស្រូវប្រាំង។ ការ ប្រជុំនេះធ្វើឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី ១ មិនា ១៩៧៧ ដែលមាន ប៉ុល ពត ជាអ្នកមានមតិ។
