Cambodian revolitionary forces, logistic general sraff set up a program to run an ammunition technical school at Chamkar Daung factory "K-65". The context of courses are explosive, safety pin, mines, grenades, schedule, forces dividing due to fuctions. The purpose of this programme was to reinforce the strategy in protecting the country and join country developing process, according to new strategy of party which was to persist socialist revolution and erect socialism in Democratic Kampuchea.
កងទ័ពបដិវត្ដកម្ពុជាអគ្គសេនាធិការដ្ឋានភ័ស្ដុភារ លើកគម្រោងកម្មវិធី បើកសាលាបចេ្ចកទេសរំសេវ រោងចក្រចំការដូងក-៦៥ ដែលក្នុង នោះមានលើកឡើងជាសំណូមពរខ្លឹមសាររៀនសូត្រ (ផ្នែករំសេវ ផ្នែកកិបគ្រប់ប្រភេទ មីន ផ្នែកគ្រាប់បែកដៃ ផ្នែកប្រើប្រាស់មីន)។ ពេលវេលារៀនសូត្រ ការចែកកម្លាំងតាមមុខសញ្ញារៀនសូត្រ ការរៀបចំឡើងនេះគឺសំដៅបម្រើវិស័យយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រការពារប្រទេស និង រួមចំណែកកសាងប្រទេសតាមមាគ៌ាយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រថ្មីរបស់បក្ស គឺបន្ដធ្វើបដិវត្ដសង្គមនិយម និងកសាងសង្គមនិយមនៅកម្ពុជា ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។
