On December 8, 1973, Oeng Sarin, 23 years old, a Khmer communist, returned to join our nationality through sub-military authority in Takeo province. He said that he used to serve in military unit 180, Region 15 as a cadre.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានកុម្មុយនីស្ដភ្ញាក់រលឹកម្នាក់ ឈ្មោះ អ៊ឹង សារិន អាយុ២៣ឆ្នាំ បានមកសុំចូលរួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិវិញ ជាមួយនឹងកម្លាំងយោធានៃផ្នែកសឹករងតាកែវ។ ជននេះបានបម្រើ ចលនាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដក្នុងឋានៈជាកម្មាភិបាលមន្ទីរយោធាលេខ ១៨០ តំបន់១៥។
