In February 15, 1974, there was a conscious Khmer communist soldier Mao Seun, 19 years old, who defected to Udong Mean Chey Military sub-region. He served in communist Khmer movement as a combatant in group 1 of plantoon No.1, company No. 3, Battalion No. 713 in Mobile unit of region No. 304.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុនីស្ដភា្ញក់រលឹកម្នាក់ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ សឿន អាយុ១៩ឆ្នាំ បានចូលមករួមរស់ក្នុងសង្គមជាតិ វិញជាមួយនឹងកងកម្លាំងយោធា នៃផ្នែកសឹករងឧដ្ដុងមានជ័យ។ ជននេះ បប្រើចលនាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដក្នុងឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្រុមទី១ ក្នុងកងអនុ សេនាតូចទី១ កងអនុសេធំលេខ៣ កងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ ៧១៣ ភូមិភាគ៣០៤ ក្រុមចល័ត។
