On February 15, 1972, Lieutenant Colonel Van Svang, second bureau officer of staff in zone No. 3, interrogated Phoeuk Boeun, a 17-year-old Khmer. He refused that he had never served any triatorous rebel movement but he used to see those rebels walking across his village very often without any weapon and in January 1972, about 120 liberation front armed forces came to stay at Dam Nak Tra Sak pagoda for one night. He knew that Tem was their commander but he did not know where their camp was.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ វរសេនីយ៍ទោ វ៉ន ស្វាង នាយ ការិយាល័យទី២ នៃសេនាធិការយោធភូមិភាគ៣ បានសួរចម្លើយ ឈ្មោះ ភឿក បឿន ជនជាតិខ្មែរ អាយុ១៧ឆ្នាំ។ សាមុីខ្លួនបាន និយាយថាខ្លួនមិនដែលបានចូលបម្រើចលនាឧទ្ទាមក្បត់ ជាតិក្រុមណាទេ តែធ្លាប់បានឃើញពួកវាចេញចូលកាត់ភូមិគាត់ រស់នៅជាញឹកញាប់ តែពុំសូវកាន់កាំភ្លើងដែរទេ។ កាលពីខែមករា ១៩៧២ មានពួកឧទ្ទាម រណសិរ្សរំដោះប្រហែល ១២០នាក់ មានកាំភ្លើងគ្រប់ដៃបានចូលមក ស្នាក់នៅក្នុងវត្ដដំណាក់ត្រសក់១យប់ ហើយឮថាមេវាឈ្មោះ តែម មិនដឹងតាំងជំរុំនៅទីណាទេ។
