Rin Khum and Mao Khleng, Khmer Rouge, who were arrested by the national army at Wat Poun Phnom on December 16, 1974, were the chiefs of temporary, in squad 3, platoon 21, company 32, battalion 123. In battalion 123, there were 300 combatants and commander was Choun. In 1970 these two people used to serve the national army as private in messager team in Bekchan. On February 02, 1974, these men saw 30 national army being captured during the attack at Chhoukva. Ten of those were wounded and carried in hammocks by people. Then they were taken by enemies across railway in the north of Toul Leap towords the West but it was unknown where they were sent.
ឈ្លើយសឹកពីរនាក់ឈ្មោះ វិន ខុម និង ម៉ៅ ខ្លឹង ជាខ្មែរក្រហម ដែលមានមុខងារជានាយពួកបណ្ដោះអាសន្នក្នុងក្រុមទី៣នៃកងអនុសេនាតូចលេខ២១ កងអនុសេនាធំ៣២ នៃកងវរសេនាតូច១២៣។ ក្នុងកង វរសេនាតូច១២៣ មានកម្លាំងចំនួន៣០០នាក់ ដែលមានឈ្មោះ ជួន ជាមេបញ្ជាការ។ កាលពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ជនទាំងពីរនាក់នេះធ្លាប់បាន បម្រើក្នុងកងទ័ពជាតិក្នុងឋានៈជាពលទោ នៅក្នុងក្រុមបញ្ជូនសារនៅ បែកចាន។ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២ កុម្ភៈ ១៩៧៤ ជនទាំងពីរនេះធ្លាប់បាន ឃើញកងទ័ពជាតិចំនួន៣០នាក់ ដែលត្រូវខ្មាំងចាប់បានជាឈ្លើយសឹក ក្នុងកងពេលប្រយុទ្ធនៅឈូកវ៉ា ក្នុងនោះមានប្រហែល១០នាក់ជា អ្នករបួស សែងក្នុងអង្រឹងដោយប្រជាជន។ ទាហាននោះត្រូវខ្មាំងនាំ ឆ្លងកាត់ផ្លូវរថភ្លើងខាងជើងទួលលាបឆ្ពោះទៅទិសខាងលិច តែមិនដឹង ថាយកទៅកន្លែងណា។ ឈ្លើយសឹកទាំងពីអ្នកនេះត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួន នៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែធ្នូ ១៩៧៤ នៅខាងត្បូងវត្ដពូនភ្នំ ដោយកងទ័ពជាតិ។
