Oung Youvanna was a commabder in company 3, battalion 750, regiment 69, division 3. He used to be educated military and political education with teacher Keo Yoeun from Hanoi, who was a former khmer rouge. And political education related to the criticism of the whole world, especially the United States, and related to construction lifting the party's spirit to become a labour class and trying to form party military war. The battalion 750 was located in Batheay village and comprised 300 soldiers, equipped with weapons. Enemies's ideology was to incite people to strong stand in revolutionary work, they also raised up class theory as example to cause people's irritation towards and against republic regime. They absolutely denied to negotiate with the republic government. The king Sihanouk was considered a feudalist. They said that the king Sihanouk's hands were stained with blood of patriots(Khmer rouge) who he had killed before the event of 18 March 1970. Oung Yauvanna also said that may be before March 1974, a republic governmental plane, who flew a plane modelled c123, was apprehended because the plane crashed at Trapeang Svay village, point WU15-43, in Sampong Chey commune. next this pilot was killed because of he complained too much. It was said that the crash resulted from heavy rain and storm. Oung Yauvanna defected because he could feel the unjustice threat and limited freedom.
ឈ្មោះអ៊ុង យូវណ្ណាជាមេបញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាធំទី៣ កងវរសេនាតូច ៧៥០ កងវរសេនាធំ ៦៩ កងពលទី ៣។ ជននេះធ្លាប់បានទទួល ការអប់រំផ្នែកយោធានិងផ្នែកនយោបាយពីគ្រូមកពីហាណូយ ដែលជា អតីតខ្មែរក្រហមមានឈ្មោះ កែម យឺន។ ក្នុងការអប់រំផ្នែកនយោបាយ នេះមានទាក់ទងទៅនឹងការរិះគន់ពិភពលោកទាំងមូលដែលជាពិសេសនោះ គឺសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ ម្យ៉ាងទៀតទាក់ទងការកសាងនិងពង្រីកជំហរ សតិអារម្មណ៍របស់បក្សឱ្យទៅជាវណ្ណះកម្មករ ខិតខំកសាងសង្គ្រាមឈ្លប របស់បក្ស។ កងវរៈ៧៥០នេះមានទីតាំងនៅភូមិបាធាយមានកងទ័ព ចំនួន៣០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ធុន។ មនោគមន៍វិជ្ជារបស់ពួកវា គឺឃោសនាឱ្យប្រជាជនមានគោលជំហររឹងប៉ឹងក្នុងកិច្ចការ បដិវត្ដដោយលើក យកទ្រឹស្ដីវណ្ណៈមកធ្វើជាឧទាហរណ៍ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាជនមានកំហឹងឆាបឆេះ ក្រោកឡើងប្រឆាំងនឹងរបបសាធារណរដ្ឋ។ ពួកវាដាច់ខាតមិនចូលរួបរួម ដើម្បីរកសន្ដិភាពជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល សាធារណរដ្ឋឡើយ។ ចំពោះ សីហនុ ពួកខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចាត់ទុកជាបុគ្គលិក សក្ដិភូមិ ជាសត្រូវស្លាប់រស់ ហើយ ពួកវាបាននិយាយថាៈ សីហនុ មានបាតដៃប្រលាក់សុទ្ធតែឈាម របស់អ្នក សេ្នហាជាតិ «ខ្មែរក្រហម» ដែលគាត់បានសម្លាប់ចោលមុនព្រឹត្ដិការណ៍ ថ្ងៃទី១៨ មីនា១៩៧០។ ជននេះបានបញ្ជាក់ទៀតថាៈប្រហែលជាដើម ខែមិនា ១៩៧៤ មានយន្ដហោះរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណរដ្ឋមួយ គ្រឿងធុនសេ១២៣ ដែលបើកដោយអនុសេនីយ៍ឯកអាកាសយានិកម្នាក់ ត្រួវបានពួកខ្មែរក្រហមចាប់បានដោយសារ យន្ដហោះនេះបានធ្លាក់នៅភូមិ ត្រពាំងស្វាយត្រង់ចំនុច (ឌឹបលយូ វី១៥-៤៣)ក្នុងសង្កាត់សំពងជ័យ។ ហើយក្រោយមកត្រូវពួកវាសម្លាប់ចោលដោយសារតែមានការតវ៉ាជាមួយ វា។ ព័ត៌មាននៃការធ្លាក់នេះដោយសារមានខ្យល់ព្យុះ និងភ្លៀងខ្លាំងពេក។ ការចូលសារភាពនេះ ដោយសារមើលឃើញការគំរាមគំហែងយ៉ាង អយុត្ដិធម៌ និងការបំបិទ សិទ្ធិគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាង។
