Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On October 18, 1974, Maut Ly, was interrogated by second Lieutenant Mork Vorm, a Chief of second Bareau, and corporal sergant, Thorng Yin, in O-Dong Mean Chey sub-operation region. He confessed that he was evacuated by enemies, during they came to attack national armed forces Base at VU-712-188, located in the East of Sa La ៈ5 in Ou Russey village on March 10, 1974. He also said that now the villagers who were living in region above, attempted to live with national authority, because of lack of foods and medications, and specially miserable life.
នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ អនុសេនីត្រី មោក វ៉ម នាយកា រិយាល័យទី២រង នៃសេនាធិការផ្នែកសឹករងឧដ្ដុងមានជ័យ ដោយមាន ពលបាលទោ ថោង យិន នៅអមផង បានសួរចម្លើយ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ូត លី។ ម៉ូត លី បានសារភាពថាខ្លួនត្រូវបានខ្មាំងកៀរ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ពេលវាវាយប៉ុស្ដិ៍ការពារនៅ អូរឫស្សី ត្រង់ វីយូ៧១២-១៨៨ ខាងកើតសាលាលេខ៥។ លី បន្ថែមថាប្រជាជន នៅទីនោះមានការលំបាកជាខ្លាំងក្នុងការទទួលទាន និងមានកើតជម្ងឺផេ្សងៗ ជាច្រើនដោយគ្មានថ្នាំព្យាបាលសោះ ហើយរងចាំតែអាជ្ញាធរជាតិទៅ រំដោះប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
