កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
The person, named Mat Sos, was interrogated by second Lieutenant Om Mork, a chief of second bureay, and corporal sergent Thorng Yin in O- Dong Mean Chey operation region. He confessed that on October 18, 1974, he came to gather and evacuated villagers at VU-712 188 in Ou Russey village and in the East of Sa La ៈ 5, during his soldiers had smashed national Armed forces Base in this region. He also confessed that, now those villagers attemped to come living with national authority, because most of them had malaria and had no medications for treatment.
នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤ អនុសេនីត្រី អុំ មោក នាយកា រិយាល័យទី២ រងនៃសេនាធិការផ្នែកសឹករងឧដ្ដុងមានជ័យ ដោយមាន ពលបាលទោ ថោង យិន នៅអមផង បានសរួចម្លើយ ឈ្មោះ ម៉ាត់ សុះ។ សុះ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខ្មាំងបានមកកៀរ នៅពេលដែលវាវាយប្រហារទីតាំងការពារជាតិ នៅអូរឫស្សីខាងកើត នៅសាលេខ៥ ចំណុចវីយូ៧១២-១៨៨។ សុះ បន្ថែមថា ពលរដ្ឋ រស់នៅទីនោះមានចិត្ដចង់មករស់នៅជាមួយ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិណាស់ ព្រោះ នៅទីនោះមានកើតជម្ងឺគ្រុនចាញ់ ស្ទើគ្រប់ៗគ្នា ដោយខ្វះថ្នាំព្យាបាល ផង។
