Nothing changes in division 310. The only problem was been hoes shortage. In division 450, army worked very hard. But there were 4 soldiers, inspired the other soldiers in these unit to flee into forest.
Request to Angkar to sent more hammers and hoes. Because division 310 were sometime lack of meat and fish, please rechecked it. ចំពោះកងពល៣១០គ្មានអ្វីប្រែប្រួលទេ សភាពការណ៍ និងបញ្ហាខ្វះខាត គឺចបកាប់។ ឯកងពល៤៥០ គឺបងប្អូនខិតខំបំពេញភារកិច្ចបានល្អ។ តែយុទ្ធជន៤នាក់បានបំផុសបំផុលឱ្យយុទ្ធជនក្នុងអង្គភាពរត់ចូលព្រៃ។ បញ្ហាស្នើរឱ្យអង្គការជួយដោះស្រាយគឺ ញញួរ និងចបកាប់បន្ថែម។ ដោយចែកកងពល៣១០ខ្វះខាតម្ដងម្កាលនូវត្រីសាច់ ដូចនេះសូម ពិនិត្យកងនេះខ្វះខាតជាងគេ។
