Chea Sin was a team leader, supervised 15 people in Kok Angkot village, Paurum Chak commune, Prey Kabas district, Takeo province. In this district, noone had guns, except commune troops and village militais. One part of the army had to be positioned near Phnom Penh and another had to confront Viet Kong. Enemy said that this war was the war for the sake of the people, so we have to struggle to set people free. What is more they designated illiteratee, barbarians, drunkards and the poors to take charge and control over the villagers.
ជា ស៊ិន ជាប្រធានក្រុមត្រួតប្រជាជន១៥នាក់ ប្រចាំនៅភូមិគោក អង្គត់ សង្កាត់ពោធិ៍រំចាក ស្រុកព្រៃកប្បាស ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ នៅក្នុង ស្រុកនេះ ក្រៅពីទាហានឃុំនិងឈ្លបភូមិគឺគ្មានអាវុធកាន់ទេ ព្រោះទ័ព មួយផ្នែកត្រូវត្រៀមនៅជិតក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ហើយមួយផ្នែកទៀតត្រូវ ប្រឈមមុខនឹងកងទ័ពយួនយៀកកុង។ ពួកខ្មាំងខ្មែរកុម្មុនិស្ដបាន ឃោសនាថា សង្គ្រាមនេះគឺជាសង្គ្រាមប្រជាជន ត្រូវធ្វើដើម្បីរំដោះ ប្រជាជន។ មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ ពួកវាបានជ្រើសរើសយកអ្នកល្ងិតល្ងង់ អ្នកលេង អ្នកផឹកស៊ីជាចោរ និងអ្នកក្រីក្រឱ្យកាន់អំណាចត្រួតត្រាលើ ប្រជាជន។
