Sam Sim confessed that he was asked by Chhin and Saroeun to kill a cadre first before he went to take rice to Cheam Sangke. Then, Sim made contact with Sarang who serve for Yiek Kong. In August 1975, Sim was arrested by the Angkar while he was carrying out the activities of investigation.
សំ ស៊ីម បានសារភាពថា ខ្លួនត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ឈិន និង សាវេុីន ចលនាឱ្យយកអង្ករទៅជាំសង្កែ ប៉ុន្ដែមុននិងទៅឱ្យសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល ឱ្យបានមួយចំនួនសិន។ ក្រោយមក ស៊ីម ទាក់ទងជាមួយ សារ៉ង«ភ្នាក់ងារគិញ» បំរើការឱ្យយៀកកុង។ ស៊ីម ត្រូវបាន អង្គការចាប់ ខ្លួននៅខែ ៨-១៩៧៥ ពេលដែលធ្វើសកម្មភាពស៊ើបការណ៍។
