On July 14, 1973, about 500 Khmer rebels in the unit 16K, equipped with guns, mingled with people in the vicinity of Kbal Koh sub-district and Thom village in Kean Svay district. A source said about 200 to 300 Khmer rebels left from Banteaydek sub-district to Ketchang village at WT:100-670, 070-690 in Korki sub-district, Kean Svay district, Kandal province. The above enemy attempted to smash national military positions at WT: 050-707 and to blow up the national road No. 1, near Prek Eng sub-district in the near future.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធនៅក្នុងកងលេខ១៦គ ធើ្វចលនាមកបង្កប់ខ្លួននៅម្ដុំសង្កាត់ក្បាលកោះ រហូតដល់ភូមិធំ ក្នុងស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ។ ប្រភពបន្ថែមថា ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម២០០ ទៅ៣០០នាក់ ចេញពីសង្កាត់បន្ទាយដែកមក កាន់ភូមិកែតចង់ ត្រង់ដុបឡាវ៉េតេៈ ១០០-៦៧០ រូបមន្ដមកបឹងបាក់ អង្រុតដុបឡាវ៉េតេៈ០៧០-៦៩០ក្នុងសង្កាត់គគីស្រុកកៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ពួកវាមានបំណងវាយទីតាំងទ័ពជាត ិត្រង់ដុបឡា វ៉េតេៈ ០៥០-៧០៧ និងកាត់ផ្ដាច់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ១ នៅម្ដុំព្រែកក្នុងពេល ឆាប់ៗ។
