On June 12, 1974, Noeu Seng, a Khmer communist militiaman in Ploy village, Takao sub-district, Prey Veng district, defected to our society in battalion 603, at WT: 340-694, in Prey Veng war sub-region.
នៅ សេង ជាកងឈ្លបរបស់ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដនៅក្នុងភូមិភ្លយ, ស្រុកតា កោ, ស្រុកព្រៃវែង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។ នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ជននេះបានចូលមករួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមវិញជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិ យើងក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច៦០៣ ត្រង់ដុបឡាវ៉េតេៈ៣៤០-៦៩៤ នៅ ខាងលិចក្រុងព្រៃវែង ក្នុងតំបន់សឹករងព្រៃវែង។
