Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief, division 310 group, confessed that in 1972, Ak, working at political battalion, Regiment 12, division 310 , received plan from Synuon to convince cadres and people to revolt against the revolution and to burn down houses. From July 1975 to 1976, Ak accepted a plan to expand hidden network in the revolutionary line, to stir up the difficulty of establishing the socialism revolution, and to burn down important warehouses.
សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ អក នាទីនយោបាយវរសេនាតូច វរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល៣១០ ថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២ អក ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ស៊ីនួន អោយបំផុស កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជនអោយប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ និងដុតផ្ទះ។ ចាប់ពីខែ៧ ១៩៧៥ ដល់ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ អកទទួលផែនការអោយកសាងកម្លាំង ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ ដុតឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈសំខាន់ៗ និងបំផុសពីការធ្វើបដិវត្ដ សង្គមនិយមលំបាក។
