Ouch Sithan was responsible for carrying food stuff for Khmer communist soldiers in Thkauv village, Damrey Puon sub-district, Prey Veng district, Prey Veng province. On June 12, 1974, he fleed from the enemy, occupied area to join the society at WT:382-688, east of Prey Veng town.
អ៊ុច ស៊ីថន គឺជាអ្នកដឹកជញ្ជូនស្បៀងអោយកងទ័ពខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដនៅក្នុងភូមិថ្កូវ, សង្កាត់ដមរីពួន, ស្រុកព្រៃវែង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។ នៅថ្ងៃទី ១២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ជននេះបានរត់គេចខ្លួនពីតំបន់នេះដើម្បីមកចូលរួបរួមក្នុងសង្គមជាតិត្រង់ដុបឡាវ៉េតេៈ៣៨២-៦៨៨ នៅខាងកើតក្រុងព្រៃវែង។
