Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of group, division 310, confessed that Soeung, working at portable radio office of platoon, division 310, received the plot from Ho to build up traitorous forces and to burn down material warehouse, trucks and pump machine at Tuol Kok.
សំ ហុម ហៅ ផែន អនុប្រធានក្រុម កងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាព ពីឈ្មោះ សឿង អនុសេនាតូចតេអូ មន្ទីរកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ បាន ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ហូរ អោយកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ ទទួល ផែនការកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ ដុតឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈ ដុតឡាន និងម៉ាស៊ីន បូមទឹកនៅម្ដុំទួលគោក។
