Sam Hom aka Phen, deputy chief of group in division 310, confessed that Morn, working at political big cell of division 310, received the plot from Khem to destroy revolutionary materials, to build up traitorous forces in the revolutionary line, to burn down equipment warehouse, ammunition, truck and canoe's machine, and to build up more forces.
