On May 11, 1973, Long Samorn, as a collective economic cardre, escaped from enemy's region, and defected to the National Military Authority in O Ta Porng, and brought along with one PMAC gun and bullets.
ឈ្មោះ ឡុង សាម៉ន ជាកម្មាភិបាលរួមសេដ្ឋកិច្ច បានរត់ចេញពីតំបន់ ខ្មាំង ហើយមកសុំចុះចូលជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរយោធានៅអូរតាប៉ោង កាល ពីថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ដោយបាននាំមកជាមួយនូវអាវុធប៉េ អ៊ឹមអាសេ មួយដើម និងគ្រាប់២៦គ្រាប់។
